The preschool students have been working hard on their "Super Friend" skills-learning to share, get along and working together as a group. Recently we completed a team building activity. Students worked in a small group to build a structure out of a variety of sizes of red cups. They practiced listening to one another, sharing ideas and completing a task as a group.

Learning About Worms!
This week we have been observing and investigating worms at the preschool. We've spent the last two days watching them move (with and without light), interact with each other and using magnifying glasses to observe them up close. We also used different forms of measuring tools to measure the length of our worms. (Unifix cubes, colored links and rulers). We LOVE worms!!

Learning about Feelings in Preschool
We are learning about feelings this month during our social skills time in preschool. Check out some of the activities we've been doing....
We read the book "Sad Monster, Glad Monster" and tried on different feelings masks while acting out the emotion. |

We played "Feelings Animals." Students rolled the dice and acted out the animal and the emotion. It was pretty funny watching them act out "Disgusted Cow."
